I have worked exclusively with Reverse Mortgage clients since 2006 and have successfully helped hundreds of families achieve part of their financial goals. I am confident in guiding clients toward making educated and informed decisions about an important piece of their financial future. In my free time, I can be found on the soccer field, golf course or with family, enjoying the Florida sunshine!

I’ve served the Mortgage Industry since 1995 and have 30+ years of Retirement planning experience.
I sold my company in 2007 to focus on educating the general public, their heirs, realtors and financial advisors on the Reverse Mortgage and HECM Purchase loan programs.
I‘m the Speaker/Educator for the NC Dept of Housing on the HECM Purchase program, I’m published in Relocation Guide Magazine and was interviewed for my HECM Purchase knowledge on local TV Show, Community Matters.

My most important calling, though, is as a wife to my husband and mother to my three adult children!

I am in charge of making sure all files are processed the right way and I get the “clear to close” for all of our Loan Officers. I make sure all conditions are met and that the clients are informed about the process, along the way.
I have been in the industry for over 15 years, and I am also a licensed Loan Officer.

I have been in banking and finance all my adult life and began doing reverse mortgage loans about 10 years ago. I have seen the product evolve to become a safe, sophisticated financial planning tool, and have helped many borrowers find a unique solution to their complex financial needs. I also love cooking for the family, birding, fishing and playing with my Old English Bulldog, King George V.

I am a wife of over 30 years and mother of 2 amazing young men, which are my most fulfilling roles and blessings in my life! Although my work history varies from jobs in the Travel Industry, First Grade Teacher Assistant to HR Assistant, each job has afforded me opportunities to build upon and grow my administrative skills and duties. I am also the Purchase Transaction Coordinator for our team, which allows me to work directly with our senior clients to help them “right size”, move closer to family, or get into the home of their dreams!

Although I am not a licensed Loan Officer, I have 23 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. I work with financial professionals to offer strategies through sales ideas, case design, and point of sale. In my current role in Fairway HECM Business Development, as a Retirement Solutions Specialist, I continue to work with financial advisors, in addition to Fairway Retirement Mortgage Specialists, Loan Officers, and partners across the country. I play a pivotal role in nurturing Fairway’s existing educational partnership with NAIFA. I was a past president of Jacksonville’s NAIFA and I have served at the local, state, and national level. I was also the recipient of the NAIFA Florida President’s Award and recognized as the 2019 NAIFA National Young Advisor Team Leader of the Year. I am a native Floridian and I enjoy spending time with family, relaxing at the beach, playing flag football, doing CrossFit, and volunteering. I can often be heard cheering and/or possibly weeping for my beloved Miami Dolphins and Jacksonville Jaguars.
